This is what policing ought to be... commanding when needed, but ultimately about serving and protecting, not living out some Macho Man fantasy.

Unfortunately, John Holmes had immersed himself in the most depraved and dangerous elements of the Hollyweird cesspool in order to obtain enough cocaine to feed his gargantuan addiction. John lied, cheated, stole, and sold girlfriends and HIMSELF to sustain that horrible ball and chain! Until now, though, murder, was something John had only participated in as an actor. That was all about to come crashing down on this poor country boy's head. Very few dealers would deal with Holmes, as he was considered a lowlife scumbag who possibly was a snitch. Another person who knew Holmes during this period of his life said: John's life was a cautionary tale for those aspiring to live the Hollywood life. He ended up a pariah among pariahs, and was avoided even by other scumbags! The only way to get more nose candy was playing off a gang of coke slinging heroin addicts who robbed other dealers against one Eddie Nash aka 'the Nash.' One only need know that Mr. Holmes was the common link between the strung out robbers and 'the Nash.' The outcome was inevitable once Eddie Nash easily deduced Mr. Holmes' participation in the robbery; Holmes left doors unlocked/ajar for easy access. John was so far gone he was actually wearing Eddie's stolen ring while carousing. One should also note that Eddie had strong ties to organized crime and had always thought of John and himself as 'brothers;' thus sparing his life (, but beating his ass within an inch of death.) Unfortunately, Eddie's sweet, caring side didn't extend to the robbers. Once again, John assisted by leaving the dope fiends' door unlatched. Eddie's henchmen viciously attacked and killed four of the gang by grievously inflicting blunt force trauma. The leader of the robbers, Ron, had a wife there who survived, albeit with profound brain injuries. Holmes' bloody handprint was found above Ron's bed. Sadly, nobody was ever held accountable for these horrendous murders. None of these folks were angels, but neither did they deserve to die in such a savage manner. The lady who survived had debilitating brain injuries. As for the late, great Mr. Holmes, he conjured up a plan to make the 'ultimate gay movie.' It turned out that he was probably HIV+ while filming this cinematic masterpiece. The majority of his costars later succumbed to AIDS.

Thank you for infusing your sense of humor and implementing the double entendre for additional grins (or groans). The World needs more people like you even if they don't know it. Understanding is key. I miss the feelings, but not the games.

I scored 35, not what I was expecting. I expected something extremely low, though I probably would have gotten much lower if I didn't have therapy to better identify my emotions than I used to. The most striking thing to me is that emotionally mature people are not forces of nature that are never fazed by tragedy, if anything, they feel it more, or to be more accurate, understand their emotions and their causes more clearly. An emotionally mature person goes through the motions of feeling loss, pain, and hurt, and then moves on.
